Security of Your Funds

This policy guarantees the security of your funds when payments are made via various methods such as UPI, Debit/Credit Card, Netbanking, or Wallet.

Delayed Payment Acknowledgement:

At times, there may be delays in payment confirmations due to issues with the bank's servers.

15-Minute Confirmation Window:

If the bank confirms your payment to the Pizza Haven App servers within 15 minutes of the deduction, your order will be processed automatically.

Confirmation Beyond 15 Minutes:

Should the bank take longer than 15 minutes to confirm your payment to the Pizza Haven App servers, the system will cancel the order and automatically initiate a refund.

Refund Procedure: Once a refund is initiated, the refunded amount will typically be credited back to your account within 5-7 working days.

In essence, your funds are protected, and the system manages payments and refunds based on the timing of payment confirmations from the bank. If there is a delay in payment confirmation, the system will automatically trigger a refund. This policy is specific to orders placed through the Pizza Country App.
