If the bank confirms your payment to the Pizza Haven App servers within 15 minutes of the deduction, your order will be processed automatically.
Confirmation Beyond 15 Minutes:
Should the bank take longer than 15 minutes to confirm your payment to the Pizza Haven App servers, the system will cancel the order and automatically initiate a refund.
Refund Procedure:
Once a refund is initiated, the refunded amount will typically be credited back to your account within 5-7 working days.
